We are recognised for our ability to deliver intricate refurbishments in live, operational environments, where safety, coordination, and minimal disruption are paramount. This is demonstrated through projects such as the Liverpool Lime Street VIP Lounge for Virgin Trains, where a former pub and Burger King were transformed into a high-profile lounge within a Category A security station, with intrusive works completed overnight to maintain passenger safety. Similarly, at the Imperial War Museum, Marshdale executed a 32-room refurbishment programme by phasing works around visitor hours, ensuring public access and operational continuity at all times.

• Liberty Jamboree Extension – Lichfield Cricket & Hockey Club: A new-build extension delivered for an incredibly important charity organisation, showcasing Marshdale’s ability to construct modern, inclusive spaces.
• RAAC Roof Replacement – New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton: Marshdale successfully delivered the complete replacement of an ageing RAAC roof system—removing the old roof and installing a new one without disturbing existing live services. This was described as an engineering achievement previously thought impossible, demonstrating the technical innovation and problem-solving ability that defines our approach.
