We are a RISQS audit approved contractor, a Sentinel-approved organisation employing safety-critical staff, and a Provisional Principal Contractor Licence (PCL) holder with Network Rail. Today, Marshdale works in partnership with train operating companies, freight operating companies, and directly with Network Rail, delivering projects UK-wide. Our current commission to design and construct safe cess walkways across the Midlands region is a prime example. Operating under our Provisional PCL, this programme showcases our ability to plan, coordinate and deliver works in challenging, live environments while maintaining the highest standards of workforce and passenger safety.

• At Liverpool Lime Street, we transformed a former public house into a VIP lounge for Virgin Trains, incorporating Category A security-compliant, blast-resistant glazing within a live station environment.
• At Wembley Depot (Chiltern Railways) and Snow Hill Station (West Midlands Trains), we refurbished outdated accommodation into modern crew facilities, overcoming landlocked sites and active operational constraints.
• At Lincoln Station, we designed and built the Cycle Hub for East Midlands Trains, successfully navigating archaeological sensitivities and budget constraints while keeping the station fully operational.
