Marshdale has successfully delivered projects across the country, including:

• Macmillan Cancer Research Centre, Kettering General Hospital – delivered within a landlocked courtyard, where innovation was required to move spoil by vacuum excavation and pump concrete through live hospital corridors, all during the global pandemic.
• Radiology Room 4 – Biplane Development, Birmingham Women’s & Children’s Hospital – a technically complex scheme delivered within an operational radiology department, requiring a specialist ceiling support system with a maximum deviation of 5mm and structural clamp-through solutions.
• CAFFRA Suite Seclusion Room, Oleaster Mental Health Centre – reconstruction of a secure mental health seclusion facility, using anti-ligature construction, recessed services and toughened finishes to ensure safety and resilience.
• Covid-19 Response Works, Wycombe Hospital – rapid creation of pods and theatre refurbishments, completed within two weeks at the height of the pandemic.
• Birmingham Children’s Hospital – 7-Year MTC – long-term measured-term contract works, where Marshdale consistently demonstrated the ability to design, develop and deliver solutions in highly complex and emotionally sensitive environments.
